A study found that pomegranate juice is able to calm excited feeling (heart pounding), help relieve stress at work, and make people feel positive about their work.
The scientists studied a group of volunteers who drank the pomegranate juice of 500 ml per day for two weeks. At the beginning and end of the study, they measured the pulse. They are also required to fill out questionnaires describing the mood and feelings about their work.
