2. meditation
Meditation takes only 15-30 minutes a day and the only tool required is your own mind. Let your mind going it alone or just focus on your breathing so that it can relieve stress.

3. sport
Enjoying the holiday did not mean to be absent exercise, because exercise helps to release endorphins into the brain that can improve mood and reduce the stresses that exist.

4. Begin to organize life
By adjusting the living, then the mind will be more calm and controlled, because research shows just by looking at the mess can make someone feel stressed.

5. Staying healthy eating
When the holidays are usually people will eat out of control, including junk food. But you should still eat healthy foods like whole grains and proteins such as almonds, salmon, blueberries to improve mood and gives energy.

6. sleep
Sleep is the most important stress reducer and a natural, adequate sleep therefore remains important despite the holiday. Too little sleep can make people nervous and irritable, while too much makes lethargy and depression.
